We offer a 30-Day Return Policy, which means you have exactly 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To eliminate any friction for our United States customers, we provide Free Returns. We do not charge any restocking fees, and we will supply a prepaid domestic shipping label for your return package, meaning there are no return shipping costs for our customers.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a successful and valid return under our high-quality compliance standards, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- The product must be in its original product packaging with all tags, labels, protective inserts, and documentation intact.
- You must provide the original receipt, invoice, or valid order confirmation number associated with Vibt.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team immediately via email at info@vibt.shop, stating your order number and the specific items you wish to return.
- If your return is approved based on eligibility, our customer support will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with comprehensive instructions on how and where to send your package to our nearest regional fulfillment center.
- Print the prepaid label, securely attach it to the original package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Processing Times & Refunds
Once your return package arrives at our designated processing facility, our quality assurance team will inspect the item within 2 business days. We will notify you immediately via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Due to banking regulations and standard payment gateway timelines, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional days to reflect the balance on your statement.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@vibt.shop. We will assess the issue on the spot and make it right by issuing an immediate replacement or an expedited full refund, covering all associated costs.
