2. Order Processing & Transit Time
Our logistics timeline is divided into two distinct phases to ensure maximum transparency:
- Order Handling Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and sorting. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.
- Transit Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This is the duration from our shipping facility to your designated delivery address within the United States.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 16 Business Days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number(s). The tracking identifier will become fully active and traceable via major carrier networks within 24 to 48 hours. You can monitor your package's real-time journey directly through our website's tracking portal or via the carrier's official website.
4. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and comprehensive at the time of checkout. We ship to valid residential and commercial addresses within the United States. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO) due to specific courier constraints. If a delivery cannot be executed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may bear the logistical responsibility for re-routing.
5. Damages, Shortages, and Lost Shipments
Vibt takes full accountability for your package while it is in transit. If your item arrives visibly damaged, broken, or if parts are missing, please retain all packaging materials and contact our customer care team within 48 hours at info@vibt.shop. We will immediately initiate a comprehensive investigation with the courier and arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund.
